Getting Started

As a first step we recommend reading our contribution and code-of-conduct guides. The majority of our work resides in react-play and docs repository. Kindly read the CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md files from the respective repositories to get acquainted with our requirements.

Nature of Contribution

We at ReactPlay are eagerly looking for contributions from both code and no-code domains. So, irrespective of your level of technical knowledge, you will have plenty of areas where you can contribute.

We also love typo issues. If you find a typo somewhere, get in touch us and create a PR with the correction.

Areas of Contribution

  • If you are a student and want to grow your experience as a developer and also score OSS contribution points you can Create Plays.
  • If you are a regular user and think some feature might be beneficial you can request a feature.
  • Found a bug. Great! Go ahead and open a bug report
  • You could also improve the docs which would help us immensely.
  • You could give us feedback, suggestions and help us improve our UX.
  • Have an interest in interacting with the public? You are welcome to manage our social media handles like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Have a flair for writing, you could publish articles on our blog.
  • You could also be our advocate and help us in arranging events, sponsors and support.

You as a contributor could just about do anything mentioned above or any combination of the things above. We love our contributors and do our best to accommodate what you bring to the table.
